ABOUT
Who is Kathryn Georghiou?
I am an award-winning actor, who you might have seen on Emmerdale, Coronation Street, Casualty, Holby City or the award-winning online series The Inside Man.
I'm also a writer, director and voiceover artist, and what is known as a 'Sandgrown'un', meaning I was born and bred in Blackpool, Lancashire.
In my late teens, I moved to the bright lights of London to start classical drama school training at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts. And never moved.
Living in London as long as I've lived in Blackpool hasn't changed my accent. I can easily flip from Lancashire to RP and sound like a native. And I have a good ear for other accents too.
Creativity is at my core. When I'm not acting, I'm writing, or creating and consuming stories in one way or another.
